   They left out the part of pregnancy where you need the husband to be out of town and the wife stuck trying to pay the milkman with insufficient funds. Or she has to want to do anything to become a Texas Cowgirl Cheerleader and needs to raise some money fast.

   That’s how it was explained to me.
