So you want to know what this place is and how it came to be?

I don’t even remember when I first discovered Hoopee.com. I just remember stumbling upon tis site filled with very odd posts. So I created an account as alienmeatsack and poasted my first toe-in-the-water goodie… which happened to be pictures of some guys throwing up at a party.

And I was addicted.

I’m back with more info… I did a archive.org search and found archives back to 2000 for hoopee.All the familiar names are there including langdon, philomena, malachi, kerkness, spalding, captain jeff, owenmeany, and more. Very cool! I wonder if one of the guys has all the old archives somewhere. I’d love to make the content available here retrostyle. According to these archives, I joined in 2001.
