Can someone please explain this to me? Why do people put these on their dogs? I am sure the dogs do not like it, and it looks ghey like a gheylord of the dance ghey.

I already have a huge problem with people carrying their tiny little rat dogs into the bank, grocery store, etc. But putting them in a sweater is just wrong on so many levels.
